Visiting the WWII Japanese American Internment Camps
NOTE: If you are having trouble seeing all of the posts, click the Journey of Conscience banner at the top of the page.
This is a site about a journey of conscience. It relates to the historic treatment of Americans of Japanese ancestry during World War II and the current treatment of Americans of Mexican and Muslim ancestry.
It is about my journey to all ten of the World War II Japanese American internment camps, from California to Arkansas and many places in between.
It includes photos, reflections, and quotes from people who were imprisoned in the camps.
Wondering why I’d do this? Look at my first post…
Thanks for looking!
Grace and peace,
